  • 16 oz strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Directions

  • In a large non-reactive bowl (like glass, stainless steel or enamel), toss the fresh spinach and strawberries.
  • In a small non-reactive bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, sweetener (like Splenda) and paprika.
  • Pour over the spinach and strawberries, and toss to coat.
