Ingredients

  • 2 cups egg white
  • 12 large eggs
  • 6 oz spinach
  • 3/4 lb broccoli
  • 5 leaves basil

Directions

  • Mix eggs.
  • Chop basil.
  • Chop and cook down spinach.
  • Cut steamed broccoli.
  • Put egg and basil mix into muffin tin.
  • Add a decent pinch of spinach and broccoli.
  • Make sure all is coated.
  • 350 °F (175 °C) for roughly 18-22 minutes.
