Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 7 large egg whites
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach
  • 2 oz fat free crumbled feta

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together, divide evenly into six 6 large muffin tins.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 20-25 minutes or until center is set.
  • Allow to cool completely before putting in the refrigerator.
