  • 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 oz spinach
  • 4 oz fat free cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Thaw spinach.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Spray a pie pan with cooking spray, like Pam.
  • Pour mixture into pie pan.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 45-50 minutes.
