  • 2 tbsps walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup young green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/4 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup mushroom pieces
  • 1/2 cup spinach

Directions

  • Chop spinach, cucumber, onions, and mushrooms and put into a bowl.
