Ingredients
- 2 lbs butternut winter squash
- 2 medium cubed granny smith apples
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp brown rice flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp mace
Directions
- Arrange squash in a 12" x 8" baking pan.
- Top with apple wedges.
- Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over apples.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 50-60 minutes or until tender.
