  • 2 lbs butternut winter squash
  • 2 medium cubed granny smith apples
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp brown rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mace

Directions

  • Arrange squash in a 12" x 8" baking pan.
  • Top with apple wedges.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over apples.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 50-60 minutes or until tender.
