Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry quinoa
  • 1 cup dry barley
  • 1 cup dry brown rice
  • 4 1/2 cups water

Directions

  • Combine all the grains in a pot. Rinse and drain until the water runs clear. Drain rinse water.
  • Add water and cook in rice cooker. Use the recommended water for whichever cooking method used.
  • Note: freeze any unused grains in 1 cup portions. Reheats so beautifully.
