- 16 oz lean ground turkey breast
- 1 medium raw vidalia sweet onion
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 4 tsps worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 240 g seven whole grains rice
Directions
- Prepare rice according to packaging. Chop vegetables.
- Sauté onion and garlic with olive oil on medium heat. Add turkey and bell pepper.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Simmer and stir occasionally.
- Toss in rice and mix to incorporate.
