  • 1 medium raw vidalia sweet onion
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 4 tsps worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 240 g seven whole grains rice

Directions

  • Prepare rice according to packaging. Chop vegetables.
  • Sauté onion and garlic with olive oil on medium heat. Add turkey and bell pepper.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce and black pepper. Simmer and stir occasionally.
  • Toss in rice and mix to incorporate.
