  • 3 medium bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/4 cups almond meal flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and grease loaf pan with coconut oil.
  • Combine all ingredients and pour in loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let bread sit for 10 minutes and remove, cool completely.
  • Note: pecans or another nut may be added to mixture.
