  • 1 package sugar free gelatin
  • 1 oz vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Directions

  • Place sliced strawberries in a pie plate.
  • In a medium sauce pan, heat water to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, add pudding mix and gelatin mix, stir until well mixed.
  • Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, pour over strawberries. Chill.
