  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 tsp or 1 packet dijon mustard
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 tbsps balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup halves strawberries
  • 8 servings 1 packet splenda

Directions

  • To prepare, puree strawberries in a blender or food processor.
  • Add vinegar, mustard, and seasonings. Blend, then add olive oil.
  • Blend until creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.
