- 8 servings 1 packet splenda
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 2 tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp or 1 packet dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup halves strawberries
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
- To prepare, puree strawberries in a blender or food processor.
- Add vinegar, mustard, and seasonings. Blend, then add olive oil.
- Blend until creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings to taste.
