  • 10 thin slices bacon
  • 3 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 10 jalapeno peppers

Directions

  • Slice long ways and scrape inside out of peppers.
  • Put cream cheese, cheddar cheese and paprika in bowl and heat till melted.
  • Put cheese mixture in pepper halves.
  • Wrap stuffed peppers in bacon secure with tooth pick.
  • Cook at 400 °F (205 °C) for 25 minutes or till bacon fully done.
