- 16 oz grape tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz 2% reduced fat shredded cheese
- 10 oz frozen green peas
- 6 cups corn niblets
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped purple onion
Directions
- Slice the grape tomatoes, drain the corn and rinse the frozen peas.
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Season with your favorite seasoning blend.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Note: 1 serving is 1/2 cup.
