  • 16 oz grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz 2% reduced fat shredded cheese
  • 10 oz frozen green peas
  • 6 cups corn niblets
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped purple onion

Directions

  • Slice the grape tomatoes, drain the corn and rinse the frozen peas.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Season with your favorite seasoning blend.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Note: 1 serving is 1/2 cup.
