  • 1 tsp or 1 packet mustard
  • 3 tsps packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 large onion

Directions

  • Slice onion and place in bottom of a casserole dish.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
  • Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 1/2 hours.
