- 1 tsp or 1 packet mustard
- 3 tsps packed brown sugar
- 1/2 large onion
Directions
- Slice onion and place in bottom of a casserole dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 1 1/2 hours.
