  • 1 small red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 0.12 fl oz lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

  • Cut the cabbage in half and remove the stem. Slice cabbage very thinly.
  • Put cabbage into a large pot with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, raisins and water Stir to coat cabbage.
  • Cover the pot and cook over medium heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
