Ingredients

  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsps or 1 packet mustard
  • 7 1/2 tsps unpacked brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsps white vinegar
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb ground beef

Directions

  • Crumble ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add onion; cook and stir until meat is no longer pink. Drain excess grease, and stir in the vinegar, brown sugar, mustard and ketchup.
  • Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve on buns.
