Ingredients
- 8 hamburger buns
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 tsps or 1 packet mustard
- 7 1/2 tsps unpacked brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsps white vinegar
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lb ground beef
Directions
- Crumble ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion; cook and stir until meat is no longer pink. Drain excess grease, and stir in the vinegar, brown sugar, mustard and ketchup.
- Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
- Serve on buns.
