Ingredients
- 1/2 large red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 fresh chilies
- 4 tbsps lemon juice
- 3 tbsps fish sauce
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsps sweetener
Directions
- Mix boiling water and sweetener and set aside to cool.
- In a blender, add the pepper, chili, garlic, salt and 1/4 of the sweetener liquid and blend until smooth.
- Mix in the rest of the liquid.
- Note: the sauce can be thickened with xanthan gum.
