  • 151 g cottage cheese
  • 1 medium egg
  • 11 g white rice flour
  • 12 g unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 10 g sour cream
  • 51 g raspberries
  • 30 ml stevia syrup
  • 1 packet 100% natural stevia sweetener

Directions

  • Mix everything in a bowl (except raspberries and stevia syrup).
  • Make small, flattened balls and fry in a lightly greased pan for about 3 minutes per side.
  • Mash raspberries and simmer in a pan with stevia syrup.
  • Serve the cheesecakes topped with raspberry syrup.
