- 151 g cottage cheese
- 1 medium egg
- 11 g white rice flour
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 10 g sour cream
- 51 g raspberries
- 1 packet 100% natural stevia sweetener
- 30 ml stevia syrup
- 12 g unsweetened flaked coconut
Directions
- Mix everything in a bowl (except raspberries and stevia syrup).
- Make small, flattened balls and fry in a lightly greased pan for about 3 minutes per side.
- Mash raspberries and simmer in a pan with stevia syrup.
- Serve the cheesecakes topped with raspberry syrup.
