Ingredients
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 4 oz fat free cream cheese
- 15 1/4 oz corn
- 1 1/4 oz taco seasoning
- 1 lb 90/10 ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Directions
- Cook onions and ground beef until beef is browned. Drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning, beef stock and corn to beef mixture in pan, cook 1-2 minutes.
- Add cream cheese and monterey jack cheese, cook until it is heated through and cheese has melted.
- Toss with noodles and serve.
