Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 4 oz fat free cream cheese
  • 15 1/4 oz corn
  • 1 1/4 oz taco seasoning
  • 1 lb 90/10 ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Directions

  • Cook onions and ground beef until beef is browned. Drain fat.
  • Add taco seasoning, beef stock and corn to beef mixture in pan, cook 1-2 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese and monterey jack cheese, cook until it is heated through and cheese has melted.
  • Toss with noodles and serve.
