- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsps kosher salt
- 1 1/2 tsps cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
- Puree all ingredients except the chicken in a food processor until smooth.
- Marinate the chicken in the marinade for about an hour in the fridge (or overnight).
- Broil chicken for 12 - 15 minutes.
