Ingredients
- 400 g turkey mince
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp cumin, ground
- 1 tsp coriander, ground
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together well and make into eight patties.
- Heat up griddle pan. Cook each burger for 5 minutes, turning to chargrill all over.
- Note: great with the Tex-Mex Salsa recipe.
