- 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 1 2 tbsp serving chocolate syrup
- 2 servings 1 packet sweetener (splenda)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Use sugar free chocolate syrup if available.
- Blend until ice is all chopped and milkshake has thick and creamy consistency.
- Serve and enjoy!
