  • 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 2 tbsp serving chocolate syrup
  • 2 servings 1 packet sweetener (splenda)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Use sugar free chocolate syrup if available.
  • Blend until ice is all chopped and milkshake has thick and creamy consistency.
  • Serve and enjoy!
