  • 15 oz red kidney beans
  • 15 oz great northern beans
  • 1 3/4 cups Southwestern style corn
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
  • 16 oz lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 small white onion
  • 2 cups chick peas

Directions

  • Brown onion in pot with cooking spray like Pam. Add ground turkey, brown.
  • Add all other ingredients and allow to come to a boil.
  • Spice with cumin, cinnamon, sea salt, and cayenne pepper.
  • Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  • Serve topped with shredded cheese.
