Ingredients

  • 2 cups, without pits cherries
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 lime yields lime juice
  • 1/4 lb tilapia
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

  • Chop the cherries, dice the onion and jalapeno, mince the cilantro and juice one lime.
  • Mix all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Brush tilapia with olive oil.
  • Salt and pepper the tilapia.
  • Grill for a few minutes on each side.
  • Top with the cherry salsa.
  • Enjoy!
