Ingredients
- 2 cups, without pits cherries
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeno
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 lime yields lime juice
- 1/4 lb tilapia
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions
- Chop the cherries, dice the onion and jalapeno, mince the cilantro and juice one lime.
- Mix all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Brush tilapia with olive oil.
- Salt and pepper the tilapia.
- Grill for a few minutes on each side.
- Top with the cherry salsa.
- Enjoy!
