- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 dash salt
- 2 wedges yield lime juice
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 tbsps green onion
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 8 oz tomatillos
Directions
- Put all ingredients, except olive oil, in blender. Blend well.
- Stir in olive oil.
- Serve once prepared or let mature in the refrigerator for up to two days.
