  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 wedges yield lime juice
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 tbsps green onion
  • 8 oz tomatillos
  • 1 jalapeno

Directions

  • Put all ingredients, except olive oil, in blender. Blend well.
  • Stir in olive oil.
  • Serve once prepared or let mature in the refrigerator for up to two days.
