Homemade tomato basil sauce that is great for pasta dishes.

Ingredients
- 7 cups whole tomatoes
- 1 1/2 medium onions
- 1 medium red pepper
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsps basil
- 2 tsps oregano
- 4 cubes beef bouillon
Directions
- Chop and sauté mushrooms, peppers and onions with the garlic.
- Chop the oregano and basil (but don't sauté).
- In a separate container, mash up the whole tomatoes with your hands.
- Add crushed beef bullion and the oregano and basil.
- Add tomato mix to sauteed vegetables and simmer for 3-5 minutes on high heat.
