Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups chopped or sliced tomato
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 cup minced fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 16 oz cooked shrimp
  • 4 oz fat free feta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh minced parsley
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions

  • Sauté onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, dill, mustard and honey.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes.
  • Add shrimp, feta cheese and parsley and simmer for five more minutes.
