  • 1 italian tomato
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 leaves basil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

  • Cut mozzarella (if not cut), and cut tomato. (Tip: whole milk products can be substituted with low-fat).
  • Put the mozzarella slices on a plate and add tomato slices.
  • Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar over mozzarella and tomatoes.
  • Add basil leaves (they are for eating, not only decoration).
  • Finished! You might want to enjoy 1-2 slices of French baguette or ciabatta with it (if you diet allows it).
