Ingredients
- 1 oz white wine
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 2 lbs tilapia
Directions
- Pour two cups apple juice into a large bowl.
- Squeeze canned tomatoes until almost dry; add to bowl.
- Add wine (optional).
- Add tilapia.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow to marinate.
- Bake in oven on 375 °F (190 °C) or grill until fish is white and flaky.
