- 2 medium garlic and herb whole wheat tortillas
- 1 oz crushed tomatoes, canned
- 0.12 lb shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim
Directions
- Put crushed tomatoes on the tortilla.
- Top with cheese followed by any other toppings.
- Roll up the tortilla and bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for about ten minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla becomes crisp.
