Ingredients

  • 2 medium garlic and herb whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 oz crushed tomatoes, canned
  • 0.12 lb shredded mozzarella cheese, part skim

Directions

  • Put crushed tomatoes on the tortilla.
  • Top with cheese followed by any other toppings.
  • Roll up the tortilla and bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for about ten minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla becomes crisp.
