A very tasty turkey meatloaf with less fat and calories.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 oz onion
  • 3/4 cup quick oats
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 1 1/2 tsps black pepper
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 spray canola cooking spray
  • 24 oz lean ground turkey

Directions

  • Spray 9x13" pan and pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • Mix turkey, eggs, chopped onion, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Place mixture into the pan and form into a tall loaf. It will flatten out so make it higher than wide.
  • Spread the pizza sauce over the top.
  • Bake 55 minutes or until 180 °F (80 °C) with a meat thermometer.
  • Note: great hot or cold on a sandwich!
