  • 5 sheets lavash
  • 350 g ground beef (80% lean / 20% fat)
  • 100 g original mashed potatoes
  • 15 sliced cheese

Directions

  • Prepare the mashed potatoes according to package instructions.
  • Fry the beef in a non-stick pan until brown.
  • Mix the beef and potatoes.
  • Cut the lavash into thick strips. Put the cheese and potato-beef mix. Form triangles and seal.
  • Brush with beaten eggs and cook in an air fryer preheated to 450°F for 5 minutes.
