- 2 tbsps ground flaxseed
- 1 cup almond milk
- 25 ice cubes crushed ice
- 1 extra small banana
Directions
- Add two cups crushed ice to blender.
- Add sliced banana.
- Add flax seed.
- Add mango.
- Add papaya.
- Add almond milk like Almond Breeze.
- Mix on liquefy for 3 minutes.
