Ingredients
- 2 cups bow tie pasta
- 2 cans tuna
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2/3 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 2/3 cup fat free salad dressing
- 0.12 tsp pepper
- 4 cups spinach
Directions
- Cook pasta until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain pasta thoroughly and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, onions, peas, salad dressing and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- To serve, place one cup of spinach on individual plates. Top each serving with 1/4 cup tuna salad and serve immediately.
- Tip: to make a complete and colorful meal, serve this tuna salad with a blend of cubed cantaloupe, red grapes and strawberry halves. For variety top the salad with fresh dill or chives.
