  • 6 oz tuna, water pack
  • 2 tbsps low calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp or 1 packet dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 oz capers
  • 0.12 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 4 leaves outer large lettuce leaves

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together except the lettuce.
  • Arrange lettuce on a work surface with rib end closest to you and the "cup" facing up.
  • Spoon tuna salad onto the leaf lettuce near the rib end and roll to enclose.
