- 6 oz tuna, water pack
- 2 tbsps low calorie mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp or 1 packet dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 tbsp celery, finely diced
- 1/2 oz capers
- 0.12 tsp salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 4 leaves outer large lettuce leaves
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except the lettuce.
- Arrange lettuce on a work surface with rib end closest to you and the "cup" facing up.
- Spoon tuna salad onto the leaf lettuce near the rib end and roll to enclose.
