Ingredients
- 20 oz cooked ground turkey
- 8 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup chopped or sliced tomatoes
Directions
- Brown turkey in skillet. While browning, dice tomatoes. Drain turkey.
- Add seasoning, diced tomatoes, corn and black beans to the ground turkey in the skillet.
- Get a tortilla and serve.
- Note: optional to add lettuce, shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, etc. Enjoy!
