Ingredients

  • 20 oz cooked ground turkey
  • 8 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped or sliced tomatoes

Directions

  • Brown turkey in skillet. While browning, dice tomatoes. Drain turkey.
  • Add seasoning, diced tomatoes, corn and black beans to the ground turkey in the skillet.
  • Get a tortilla and serve.
  • Note: optional to add lettuce, shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, etc. Enjoy!
