Ingredients

  • 2 tsps chicken seasoning
  • 1/4 cup panko crispy plain bread crumbs
  • 2 lbs ground turkey 93/7
  • 2 tbsps 1% milk
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • Spray a large pan with cooking spray and heat to medium-high.
  • Combine bread crumbs, milk, and egg whites in a large bowl. Add turkey, steak seasoning, and pepper. Using hands, gently mix until blended.
  • Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into 1/2" thick patties.
  • Place patties in pan. Cook 13-15 minutes or until done, flipping patties half way through cooking time.
  • Remove from pan and let rest 5-8 minutes.
