- 1 large green bell pepper
- 28 oz 93% fat-free ground turkey
- 3 1/2 cups black beans with olive oil, onion and garlic
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsps granulated garlic
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 4 tsps ground cumin
- 3 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 1/4 cups diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 1/3 cups sweet white corn
- 1/2 cup onion powder
- 1 raw medium vidalia onion
- 5 tbsps tomato paste
Directions
- Chop vegetables.
- Sauté onion with olive oil in a pot until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey and cook until color turns white while stirring.
- Gradually add vegetables, tomato paste, seasonings, and water (as needed to achieve desired consistency).
- Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
