- 3 lbs ground turkey
- 1 medium onion
- 12 oz chilies
- 6 oz ranch dressing, fat free
- 3 cups hominy
- 15 oz kidney beans
- 15 oz pinto beans
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 5 cups water
- 14 1/2 oz tomatoes
- 1 oz tortilla chips, low fat
- 1 oz grated cheddar cheese, fat free
- 1 oz sour cream, fat free
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning (3 packages)
Directions
- Brown ground turkey with onion.
- Stir in remaining ingredients plus taco seasoning.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips, grated cheese and sour cream.
