  • 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  • 1 slice deli ham
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 slice deli turkey
  • 1 multi-grain flatbread
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 cup slices cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 sliver of honey

Directions

  • Mix together the mustard and honey.
  • Spread the honey-mustard mixture on the flatbread tortilla. Top with the cranberry sauce.
  • Add the turkey (or chicken), ham, peppers, sprouts, avocado, cucumbers and spinach.
  • Roll it up and enjoy!
