- 1/2 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs parmesan
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
- Mix everything in a large bowl.
- Roll into equal-sized balls.
- Place in lightly greased baking sheet.
