  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash salt

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients and shape into 1" balls.
  • Put in oven safe dish and bake at 350° F (175° C) until no longer pink inside.
  • Makes about 20 meatballs.
