Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
- 3 large egg whites
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 dash salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and shape into 1" balls.
- Put in oven safe dish and bake at 350° F (175° C) until no longer pink inside.
- Makes about 20 meatballs.
