Ingredients

  • 32 oz 93% lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs (large)
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 tbsps ketchup

Directions

  • Soak crumbs in eggs until soft, then add ketchup.
  • Peel and finely chop carrot and add to mixture.
  • Add ground turkey and mix well.
  • Divide in large muffin tins.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
