- 1/2 cup gluten free bread crumbs
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 eggs (large)
- 32 oz 93% lean ground turkey
- 2 tbsps ketchup
Directions
- Soak crumbs in eggs until soft, then add ketchup.
- Peel and finely chop carrot and add to mixture.
- Add ground turkey and mix well.
- Divide in large muffin tins.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
