- 4 oz parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 336 g turkey polska kielbasa
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 3 cups chopped broccoli
- 110 g onions
- 1 tbsp rachael ray extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 112 g pow! pasta red lentil rotini
Directions
- Boil water cook pasta and broccoli till al dente.
- In a skillet add cut-up turkey sausage and onions to the pan with evoo until it turns brown.
- Add pasta, broccoli, and seasonings.
