  • 16 oz ground turkey
  • 32 oz chicken broth, reduced sodium
  • 15 oz black beans, drained
  • 14 1/2 oz tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsps taco seasoning
  • 11 oz corn with sweet peppers

Directions

  • In a large saucepan, cook turkey until browned. Drain off fat.
  • Stir in broth, beans, tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
  • Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce heat and let simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in corn.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, if desired
