  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup almond meal flour
  • 2 tbsps chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients into a mason jar, and stir until incorporated.
  • Place in fridge and let sit overnight.
  • Remove, pour into two bowls, and garnish with chopped almonds if desired. Serve.
