- 1 medium banana
- 8 fl oz skim milk
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 1/3 tbsp strawberry preserves
- 4 ice cubes ice cubes
Directions
- Put all ingredients except ice cubes in blender and blend.
- Add ice while blending, one cube at a time.
- Pour in big glass and enjoy.
