- 8 oz light sour cream (1 cup)
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 cube vegetable bouillon
- 1 stalk medium celery
- 1 small onion
- 4 medium carrots
- 5 beets
- 1 5" long sweet potato

- Boil all vegetables together until soft.
- Let cool and add light sour cream.
