- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
- Heat up the oil, stir in the onions, garlic and ginger.
- When the onions are glassy, add cabbage and the other ingredients.
- Cook for a few minutes to desired vegetable crunchiness.
