Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tbsps chili powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2/3 second olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 3/4 cups dark red kidney beans
  • 1 1/2 cups meatless burger
  • 1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes with green chilis

Directions

  • Spray cooking spray, like Pam on skillet.
  • Cook the onion, green pepper, and garlic until brown.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 7 minutes.
