Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 tbsps chili powder
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2/3 second olive oil cooking spray
- 1 3/4 cups dark red kidney beans
- 1 1/2 cups meatless burger
- 1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes with green chilis
Directions
- Spray cooking spray, like Pam on skillet.
- Cook the onion, green pepper, and garlic until brown.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 7 minutes.
